If You Received Provider Relief Funds,

You Are Required To File Reports.

We’ll Help YOU!

The U.S. Government provided $175 billion in funding to healthcare providers to help support them during the COVID-19 pandemic.  The funding is administered through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act (PPPCHE).

If you received more than $10,000 you will need to provide a report on the use of funds to Health and Human Services (HHS).  We can file a report for you.  Or we can give you instructions on how to file your own report.

This website will help you get the information you need to file your own report.
